System Requirements

WEBcast:
Laptop with firewire connection or PCMI slot for firewire adapter. Preferably a laptop purchased within 1 year. Digital video camera with firewire
input and separate audio input, from mixer board. Broadband internet connection with minimum upload speed of 1 MB (1 megabyte per second).
Internet can be wired or wireless. Laptop and Digital Camera must be located next to audio mixer board. Software is provided free. A more robust software is available for purchase for inclusion of notes, power point presentations, etc. into live video stream.

VODcast:
The same laptop and software is used for VODcast. FTP software is provided free to transfer the captured file to WTW servers. At the conclusion of each WEBcast, the captured file is transferred to WTW's secure server.

MINISTRYcast:
The video overlay is streamed from WTW server and does not use any resources from church website. Use WTW professional spokesmodels or use church staff. Green screen background is required for video shoot. WTW will provide entire green screen shoot, onsite.

Member Business Directory:
Church members who own a business may advertise on a separate business directory page. Business card ads are purchased on a montly basis. The funds received from the ads are used to offset the costs of services provided by WTW. Additionally, Members may advertise on a global business directory which includes all businesses from each church in the WTW global network. Members submit a business card for scanning. Links to member webite may be purchased for an additional fee. Only available for church members, approved in advance.

RADIOcast:
A RADIOcast transmits a live audio only broadcast to a webpage. A laptop with an audio in from a microphone is required. Free software is used for the RADIOcast. The same broadband internet connection is required, either hard wired or wireless. A Radio webcast can provide inspirational messages on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule as well as be recorded for playback as a Radio On Demand broadcast.

BLOGcast:
Topics for discussion may be posted by the administrator of the system. Viewer comments are encouraged. Viewers may email additional topics for the administrator to post. All viewer posts are reviewed by the administrator prior to posting on the website.

E-Commerce:
WTW can setup an online store using WTW servers. Access to the store is from a link on the church website. A shopping cart will be available for each item. Purchases are made by charge card through a free church pay pal account. All funds are deposited to church account. Use the store for sale of tracts, books, bibles or receive payments for upcoming church sponsored events or trips.

PRAYERcast:
A private church twitter account is setup. Members suscribe to the account. When a prayer request is issued, members log onto the account,
insert the prayer request and submit. Each member that has an account will be immediately notified of the prayer request. Acknowledgements can be sent to the submitter.

NOTEScast:
Sermon Notes, documents, power point presentations, etc. can be placed on a webcast page as a download to use during church services. All documents are scanned by church staff and submitted to WTW's secure server via FTP transfer. 

Donate Now:
A free church Paypal account must be established. All funds received via the Donate Now button will automatically be deposited to church account.

Sponsor Now:
A free church Paypal account must be established. All funds received via the Sponsor Now button will automatically be deposited to church account to offset the monthly fees. Sponsorship is based on a monthly subscription basis through the Paypal subscription account.
